Best Water Parameters for Mushrooms?

as the title suggests, what are the best water parameters for Mushrooms to grow, i.e do they need to be in clear waters (Amonia, Nitrite, Nitrate = 0) or do they benefit from some nutrients i.e Nitrates, like Xenia does?

I have 0 phosphates and nitrates. My mushrooms do just fine. I think proper lighting and flow is more important to them.

Thanks, when u say proper lighting are you talking, spectrum, i was thinking of T5HO? what spectrum would u recommend, as for flow i was able to find that a med flow is suitable.

Not really spectrum, but intestity. My shrooms tend to like shaded, low flow areas to be really happy.

<~~~However those are green frillys that are happily grown under 32Watt Pc's that are in a 7gallon minibow and are at least 8 to 10 inches around. Maybe more but ya know whos gonna put the tape in the tank. ....is it all about there personal preference ? :lol:
