Best way to get a fish out of a rock?

I am in the process of moving my two Bartlett Anthias from one tank to another. They are both hiding in a rock. I pulled the rock out and put it into a container with water from the tank.

Do I throw a power head in there and wait for them to come out tomorrow or do I slowly put the power head into the rock and wait, or is there a better idea on how to do this.

put the rock in the other tank, once they swim out, remove the rock. ? will that work?

+1 on mark's idea. It would be the easiest way.

I threw a power head into the Styrofoam container to provide some water flow and after about 20 minutes they came out of the rock. So I quickly removed the rock and easily scooped the fish into net.
