Best way to remove Giga

I have removed rbtas in the past using ice. Is this method the best way as well with gigas? My blue Giga is getting way too big for my tank. Getting scared it will eat my fish so I'm going to be putting him up for sale on local forum.
Please advise best way to remove with hurting foot. He has been in the same spot in my tank. His foot is attached to the side of a rock

Include the rock in the sale...

That's my advice too. If it's possible to get the rock out without your whole reef coming crashing down I'd do that.
