best way to transfer from 20gal long to 29 gal.

I have a 20 long SPS frag tank. I want to transfer to a 29 gal because of the 16inch depth so i can play around with placement of frags from top to bottom of tank. the 20gal is too shallow (12 inches). Should I trasfer the frags and water, then add 2 gallons or so a day to the tank till all the way filled or should i just add the rest of the water all @ once.

Me personally,I would add all the water at once.
But,if you're a little shaky on that you could do a water change prior to the move and save the water in a bucket to help top of the remaining 9 gallons or so.

Thanks, i have some nice frags so didnt want to stress them out too much. plus garf bonsi, ora chips, reasberry milli frag and such
