Whether you've got an orange-spotted shrimp goby or a diamond goby (sand-sifting), you should be just fine. The goby will hang out in/on the sand, and the blenny will likely spend a lot of time up in the rocks (and a little in the water column). Even if they were to come directly face to face, I doubt there would be an issue - the blenny will go after vegetable-based foods, the goby (either kind) will primarily be interested in meaty fare; there's no real reason for them to compete
