Hello All,
A little background. My tank, a 40B has been up for a couple of months. It sat dark for the first month. I cycled it by ghost feeding and added a small cuc--3 astrea snails and 3 hermits. 6 weeks in I bought a bicolor blenny from a LFS that I witnessed eating frozen food. He hasn't eaten a single bit of food I have given him...emerald entre, mysis, vitamin enriched brine, and pellets. He is fat as can be and is surviving on tiny pods he picks off the rock. Is this normal for this species? I thought these guys were herbivores, but I've got no algae to speak of...yet. Thanks in advance for any thoughts on the matter.
