big fuge on a nano

hi.i ahve a 10 gallon fuge (just started it about 2 weeks ago).i also have a seaclone 100(i think,dont remember its old,but working fine).a jbj viper hqi (70 w/14 k). 13/14... lbs lr,2 inch sb.running on a 6 gallon nano w/ top off. what kind of problems could i expect? thx.

Wow, sounds like a great setup. Do you have a fan running to cool the MH? The only thing to say would be that Seaclones aren't good skimmers, but even having a skimmer on a nano is a huge plus (I have a seaclone too, unfortunately.)

hi. no no fan ,i did order a small chiller.(pacific coast cl-85).and yeah the skimmer is kinda old. had it laying in attic. but it is working (producing skimmage). what do you guys think of the berlin airlift.?(red sea skimmer). thx.

also no pics yet. (not much to see but a few shrooms,xenia, and a very small piece of a digitata my lfs gave me.( which is doing fine.)mostly im waiting to make sure my fuge works out ok,hense my what kind of probs could i expect question. thx.

I wouldnt even run a skimmer with a fuge that big. I run my 33 skimmerless with a 15 gallon fuge and my nitrates are always at zero.
