Big Red Worm

I found a really big red worm with little hair like spaghetti threads at the end. What is it? Sorry i left digi cam at work otherwise i would take a pic. I just wanted to know asap if its good or bad.

How big is big? Definatly take some pics but it sounds like a bristle/fire worm. When they are small no problems. But large ones are a pita.

Sounds like a Cirratulid polychaete worm. Harmless to your reef.

its about 4" long. I cant take pics til i go back to work on monday for my camera is there. It dosent look like the fire worms/bristle worms i looked up on google. It has a tranparent body and dosent have bristles all over just hair like stringy things coming out of end. When it was in tank it was under sand and only the hairs stuck up from under sand.

It could be a eunicid work, but the transparent body really throws me off of that trail.
