big tank which is 2 meters tall??

I need your help
we are a team and we want to make a big tank which is 2 meters tall and the width of it is 50-100 cm and the lenghth of it is about 3 meters
we have someone who has PHD in chemistary and we know what to do with water and we have someone who has made a tank as tall as 120 cm but we do not know how to make a tank as tall as 2 meters
I mean we need all the details about the foundation and the frame and the way of attaching glass panels to each other and....
if you could please help me or if you know someone who has made big tanks as tall as 2 meters and is ready to give the information please introduce him to me it could be a great help

I think he wants to know how to build it,which thickness is required, how much will it weight empty adn full and such.
Now I do not know who can help with that info other than a manufacturer.
