Biocube 32 LED light schedule

Hi again...just curious what everyone has set for their schedule for their lights? I have seen a few posts here and there but it seems everyone has different opinions about this subject.

My tank is (well will be lol) a mixed reef tank....about 5 fish, and mostly softies and LPS.

I keep mine on for 12 hours but mine ramp up 1 hour and down 1 hour. Full blast 10 hours

Can someone give an opinion on light schedule or post yours? I think I might have mine on too long......

Light 1 - 12pm - 5pm
Light 2 - 11am - 7pm
Light 3 - 7:15am - 10:15pm
