Bioload/Territory question

I am setting up a 9ish gallon tank (16 x 14 x 10). I am leaning towards no fish and a few inverts only. Aside from some snails for the CUC, would the following be fine for the tank?

- Pair of Harlequin shrimp
- Trio of Sexy Shrimp
- Porcelain Crab (would these be happier in pairs?)

I'm not worried so much about poor water quality because my filtration plans are to have a sump with a refugium (and skimmer if necessary). The tank will be a reef tank, and I will be running it on a profilux controller and 4-pump doser. My plan is to set up two pumps on the doser for some two-part solution, and set up the other two pumps to perform automatic 1/2 gallon or so water changes every night. So, since I don't think filtration will be an issue, I am wondering if the tank is just too small for territory/space issues. Thoughts?

Thanks.

The shrimp are great in a tank that size. Obviously the harlequins are specialized feeders though. Sounds like a cool setup for a 9 gal. Post some pics of that bad boy when it's done...
