Biopellet Reactor Growing Stuff

My biopellet reactor is growing some weird organisms. Can you help identify them and do I need to clean it out? Pellets seem to be flowing good. Water parameters are excellent. Been running about 8 months. Thanks!

Pineapple sponges. Harmless and free filtration. They'll die back as your levels become more stable and nutrients fall off.
