Biopellets?

Anyone run a reactor? Just wondering how beneficial you found it to be? I have Macroalgae in my tank, but it's just small clumps in my tank. Looking for something to help with nutrient export while I train my horses on a feeding station

I am with critter heaven. Keeping ahead of nutrients is a fulltime job. So i am anxious to hear how it goes.

Reef octopus biochurn hob has been up almost a week. Not too noisy. Only change I've seen so far is need to turn skimmer down a good bit (could also be from break in period). Gonna check the levels every couple days and see where we end up. Started by only adding 200 ml of biopellets. It will hold up to 400 ml.

Bio Pellet reactor............I had one of the most sophisticated ever made. I sold it and set up a Carbon and GFO reactor, much simpler and it actually does what it claims, unlike the bio pellet non reactor. Fing POS:mad2:

Have you run GFO with seahorses a long time? The reason I ask is because I have heard that there is some controversy on whether GFO is seahorse safe.
