Birdsnest frag white tips

Hi. I'm still a newbie when it comes to sps. I recently got a nice birdsnest frag, and I was wondering whether it has "tip burn" or it is simply growing new branches.

Yes, it was just fragged only a few days ago. I will also post a pic of the other full purple acro I got recently.

Heres the acro

The LFS only got it 2 days ago so it's still a bit light from shipping. Its purple color is starting to really showing more and more each day.
