Black bugs

I've treated for my tank with interceptor for RB in the past with 3 doses and none left in sight. For 6 months now. I treated with 1/3 large dog pill for my 120g for 12 hours each time.

This last night I noticed unexpected STN and treated the same way, except in the morning I saw black bugs but they were stunned and still stuck on the base. I forgot to take a pic and tried to scrape them off.
Did I under treat? I've read that I treat up to 5x with out ill effects to fish and coral.
Are black bugs more resistant? Any advice or personal experience will help.

Yea some people have trouble killing black bugs with the regular dose of interceptor and even higher doses. There are many different kinds though, maybe try a big dose if your going to treat again. I have always let the medication sit in the system for more than 12 hours. Maybe a longer treatment will help.
