Black "Ich" and Ich...?

Looking for confirmation of our diagnosis. We have a blonde Naso in QT. 7 days ago we noticed black spots and did a little research landing on black ich diagnosis...which we now know is not the same as the "bad" ich. Anyways, he finished round 1 of PraziPro to treat black ich 7 days ago, started round 2 today and looked better this am...but this evening the black spots are worse and it looks as though he has ich ich...

Thinking that he now has both...thoughts/real experience per the pics? Tried my best, not great, but you can definitely see the white spots around eyes.

Now treating with Cupramine per label dosage 1ml per 10.5 gallons.

Should note he's with a lawnmower blenny who seems to be scratching as of this evening and anwrasse who seems fine.

Do not dose prazipro and cupramine at the same time. It will kill him.

I have used both at the same time without issues.

But I would go with cupramine only for the moment. Since it looks like ich.

You're right. You can mix them, prazi just sucks the oxygen out of the water. Just make sure to aerate the water as prazi will suck the oxygen out of the water.
