This was just recently discussed here in the below thread where you will find treatment protocal, but the short answer is prazipro. However, be very careful here. IME, black ixh, as it appears in this thread, is often misdiagnosed b/c what is actually being seen as "black" is skin irritation or resulting secondary bacterial infection from crypt (ich). You really need to avoid misdiagnosis here because the treatment for black ich, which is actually a worm, is totally different than for crypt. Posting good close up pictures can be of great help to people here assisting in the diagnosis.
