Black Screen Issue with Aquarium Camera or Smart Lighting App

Black screen problems have been disrupting my aquarium setup lately. I use a ReefCam HD (standalone)] to monitor my tank and control the lighting, but every time I try to:
  • Access the live feed from my aquarium camera.
  • Open the app for my smart lighting system.
I encounter a black screen.
Here’s what I’ve tried to fix the issue:
  1. Restarted the app and my device.
  2. Verified that my Wi-Fi connection is stable.
  3. Ensured both the app and firmware are updated.
  4. Reinstalled the app.
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the problem. Could this be related to compatibility, hardware malfunctions, or something else entirely? If anyone has faced a similar black screen issue and found a solution, Gave me suggestions.

I've never used a ReefCam so, I won't be much help. But, hopefully, someone with experience will chime in here.

I'm moving this thread to the equipment forum where it will likely get more views/responses.
