black spot disease?

hi everyone,
I posted this in "new to hobby", and was told to also post here

I have 2 clowns and a coral beauty, and i noticed yesterday that there a few tiny black spots (very tiny, pinpoint size) on my smallest clown and even fewer on my larger. I can't tell if there are any on my angel only because he's darker in color to begin with. I just googled it and came up with black spot disease? but, it could also possibly be just a sting from my alveopora coral. from what i've googled, the markings look simliar.

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture, cuz i'm at work. Even more unfortunately, I'm leaving straight from work to go to the airport to go out of the state until Sunday. My fish will be fed in the meantime, but I'm worried that this is a parasitic infection that needs treatment asap. I can certainly treat with a fresh water dip and any other medication needed when i return.

Have any of you seen this before? Is it fatal? Any treatment suggestions? If I wasn't going away, I'd be doing something about it right now....sigh... i don't want to lose any fish.

thanks for your help.
