Black spots on Hippo Tang

Well my first issue with fish in my tank. My hippos tang has been scratching herself on some rocks the past two days and I now see the black spots. I searched for "black spots" and I find everything from a simple freshwater dip to forumlin for 5 weeks (?).

I am looking for treatment advice including how to catch her in a fully stocked coral tank(!) and where these buggers came from.

Tank details:
120 gallon about 6 months old mainly SPS tank with 7 fish

1 - 5" sailfin tang
2 - 5" wrasses
1 - 4" potters angel
2 - 2.5" False percula clowns
1 - 3" Hippo tang (since July 1st)

79F setpoint on the tank, 8.2-8.3 pH, no nitrates, 1.025 SG, etc.

I feed twice a day with brine shrimp, mysis, Life Line herbivore, nori seaweed, in mixtures different days.

The Hippo was purchased from a reputable fish store in Chicago and I put her in a QT for 5 weeks before putting her in my DT (as I do all my fish). She eats aggressively and is otherwise fine.

I have a similar issue. When I take the photo with my camera, the spots are black. under my light they look kinda white. my hippo is acting normal and eating like a horse as well. one thing i noticed today was my hippo was swimming with her spikes out. kinda strange
