Beginning yesterday I noticed that one of my corals has black spots. Does anyone know what it is? Just in case its relevant, I'll mention that I am fighting a GHA problem and I took a large chunk of live rock out and scrubbed and pulled out some of the HA. I think some stuff on the LR died because I had a mini-cycle after that. I did a water change and I believe my NH3, NO2, NO3 are all at 0 now. Attached is a picture. Also, if you dont mind telling me what is the name of the coral as well I would appreciate it. I just bought this tank from another reefer who just got out of the hobby. Thanks!

Not sure what the issue is, but since you asked, the coral looks to be a kenya tree to me.
