Black Spots?

I have a pair of young Misbar True Percs and I noticed the other night that they both had a few black spots on them and over the past few days they have developed even more. I was told this was probably black spot disease they have. My question is what is the best way to go about treating them? They haven't started to show any other symptoms such as loss of appetite or colors or rapid respiration. I don't have a QT setup to put these guys in. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance for helping me and these two little guys out.

Do you have any type of corals in your tank? The black spots could be the fish getting stung by the corals. It's normal. They are just getting used to the sting so they can use the coral for a host.

There are zoas and one acan frag, but that is it.

They're probably being stung by the zoos then. The spots will fade.

Thank you. The spots they have look a lot bigger than the pictures of black ick i have seen. I am trying to post a pic of my fish, but it is not letting me.
