Blank display after power outage

Ok, I have fell victim to the infamous display problem.
I have done everything under the sun to get this sucker back and no joy.
I updated to the latest firmware (4.04L_BC10). Removed the display module and it has not come back. Unplugged it several times, moved it to another aquabus port and still no luck. Ran ABINIT via Telnet and still no luck.

Had to send mine back, service was fast! had it back in about a week after Curt got it.

Contact Neptune right away with the contact info on their site, they are usually pretty fast with answers and support.

Agree with contacting Neptune; if the display is still talking to the base you can try updating the display firmware; that should for the corruption in the display firmware.

I had this same issue yesterday and Curt from Neptune was quick to the rescue ! He connected into the controller by telnet and had the display working again in a few minutes !

Great support from Neptune !!

Contacted Neptune and asked for Curt. He telneted in and worked his magic. I'm back up now. He said that a near future firmware update will fix this problem from ever happening again.
