?Blasto question?

I have a blasto stick, its 1 main head and a small one right on the side of the other, Ive had it 2 months, but now Im noticing the stick part is Hairy, maybe close to a hundred small hairs coming off it, Its doin alright (I havn't noticed any growth) just wonderin if this is normal?

I thought I seen some awhile back, not as many, but I didn't think nothing of it at first.

blasto on a stick? I assume blastomussa merletti? sure the hairy stuff is not algea? is it green, or red? picture would speak a thousand words.

Not like these brown aiptasia on my blaso merletti?

It's a PITA to remove them, they grow back with time. BTW, vinegar, that I used at beginning, killed several heads. The coral recovered to the normal color/condition in a few months.
