Bleached Frogspawn

I've got a Frogspawn that has bleached recently. It seems like it's healthy because both heads are splitting, but it's become nearly translucent recently.

It's in a 12g Aquapod with a 70w Sunpod providing the light. It's about 5-6 inches from the water surface.

Roughly on the same level, I have a Monti Cap that has been growing really fast, which tells me it's happy. So since Monti caps need more light than Frogspawns, would it be logical to assume that I need to move the Frogspawn lower in the tank?

I also have Acans and Blastos near the sand bed that are extremely happy. They're fully extended with feeding tentacles and they look like they're splitting too. The Acan was even stung really badly by a Ricordea, but it looks like it's fully recovered.

Other factors that might be affecting it:

I had a major Hair Algae problem which I am currently fighting (and beating) with a Phosban reactor. Been changing the media out every few days or so.

My temp reads as pretty low (74 degrees on average) But I'm unsure if it's really that low or if my thermometer is faulty. It's one of those digital Coralife units.

water parameters?
How how much phosban have you been using? any carbon?

Whats your alk? Stable?

My guess, is your alk is low, and the phosban stripped your water to much too fast and it bleached do to stress.
Bleaching is not always related to lighting. more often it is a reaction to chemical stress brought on by water quality issues.

My most recent tests came out as

SG 1.025
Ca: 430 ppm
Alk: 9.3 dkH (but I dose two part to maintain around 10 dkH)
Mg: 1300 ppm

I did have a period where the alk dropped to 7.7 dkH when i first started using the Phosban. It's more stable and predictable now though. On a daily basis it swings from about 10dkH right after I dose to about 8.3 dkH right before I dose the next day. Is that too much of a swing?

For my size tank, I was using a lot of Phosban. Something like 4 inches worth in the reactor. But I was lead to believe that it needed at least that much media depth in order to work properly.
