Bleaching or STN

All of my SPS look great and I have seen some growth in the past 3-4 weeks. However I have a larger piece that is turning white at the BOTTOM. It doesn't look like tissue is falling away, just like turning white very slow. I do not know exactly what it could be. I changed the flow today... it seems like the ones that were in lower flow were doing better so I moved the PH a little farther away. the one that is has the white on the base was about 4 inches away from a koralia 250. Here are some pics.

Couple things could be.

1. Not enough flow
2. Not enough food
3. Alk drop or increase
4. Alk too high in correlation to your po4
5. Nippers ie. fish, hermits, emeralds, etc
6. Disease
7. No problems at all, but still dying. Welcome to sps lol

Let's go through that list lol...
1. I had a 250 gph powerhead 4 inches from it. I moved the pH farther away and it increased. Moved it back and it looks to have slowed down.
2. I put in marine snow ever 2 or 3
Days and every other feeding I spray it around them
3. Alk is 8.3-8.5 consistently
4. Po4 is low, no algae issue either
5. Don't see anything picking at it
But could be wrong
6. Could be but it seems like everywhere else looks good.
7. Very well could be

I have heard it could be light starved.... That was an odd one to hear cause I thought it would brown not turn white
