Blenny blemishes

Hi everyone.

I have a bicolor blenny which is currently in QT after my wrasse caught white spot. They have been in hypo for about 4 weeks so far and then 2 days ago the blenny had 3 small white spots on its side. Initially the two forward ones was pushing out like little pimples. Now they are flattened out but the last one is sticking out. Anyone have a guess? I was thinking lymphocystis, but as I'm new with marine and haven't seen it before, I was hoping for a more experienced opinion. He is eating and behaving normally.

Looks like it could be raised scales. Tough to tell from picture. Just keep water quality high and it should disappear.

The last lump has fallen off today, so now its just 3 white spots on it. Hopefully you're on the money with that eholceker. I'm cant wait to get them back in the display so I can put some new fish in for quarantine. Another setback will be a real PITA at this point.
Thanks.

If all that is left now is a white spot i really think it was raised scales. Should return to normal coral in a few days.
