Bloated wrasse?

I have had a mystery wrasse in a 20L qt for approx. 6 weeks. Over the last week he has stopped eating, and today has developed swelling of the abdomen and scale protrusion (much like dropsy in FW fish). He is currently on week 3 of CP treatment, and I started a dose of prazipro yesterday because he had cloudy patches on his eyes along with stringy poop.

I have never seen this before my most recent order from LA, as the 2 lubbock's fairy wrasses I ordered died from the same symptoms. They died a day or two after the swelling started, and ended up with a red spot on their abdomen.

Any ideas on what this is and how to treat it? When I called LA's customer service they suggested dosing a broad spectrum antibiotic, but should I pull him into his own tank to treat or should I dose the whole 20L? Other tank inhabitants include a potter's angel, lamark's angel, and watanabe angel.

If it is indeed a bacterial infection, I have treated with kanamycin while treating with CP with success.

A broad spectrum antibiotic would be a good starting point. However, if the swollen abdomen is due to a intestinal obstruction then getting him to eat a peeled boiled pea may help (it can't really hurt). If it's a intestinal malady, such as internal parasites (see any white stringy poop?), then metronidazole would be the correct medication to use. Just things to keep in mind in case the antibiotics don't get the job done.
