Best to post this in the Disease forum:)

A picture would help, if possible. Could be a few things, bacterial infection, ich or some other parasite, stress, water quaility....Does the fish have other symptoms such as scratching, heavy breathing? is it eating? Was it eating when you got it? Have you tested the water? Is it in qt or in the main? If its in the main, what other fish are in the tank? Need more info:)

thank you. yeah , he or she eats like a pig . sg 1.020 , 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, less than 5ppm nitrate. temp, 78-79,ph 8.2 -8.3, he is in with my porcupine puffer in a 75 gallon with 40+ lbs of live sand , and about 40 lbs maybe less of live rock. he is actually picking on my poor puffer. they are both eating and everything looks good???? does this help? i appreciate your response.

Thanks I will try not to worry about him. I just seem to have perfect water conditions (with my test kits anyway) and wetweb info on koran angels says it has to do with water quality. I have a UV ster. protein skimmer, huge canister filter, powerfilter, live sand and some live rock in there. Maybe something I'm overlooking??? Can't wait til this tank gets like my reef tank. Yeah, cruise control no worries.

Ok, just get worried as I had 4 months of hell with my 46 gallon with ich, velvet and anything else that could go wrong did go wrong (squared). Most of my friends with sw aquariums said they would have given up , instead I started another one. This truely is a serious illnes never thought it would be so addictive. My husband says I should just jump in the tank with them!!! lol
