blue face in mixed reef

I know this has probably been asked and talked about 1000 times but....

does anyone have experience with the blue face angel in a mixed reef? Especially with clams.

I have had a blueface in my mostly lps/softy/mushroom tank for about 9 months now. The only thing he has ever bothered was the meaty or fleshy type lps like the open brains. I have symphillia brains, frogspawn, hammers, closed brains, pipe organs, disc corals, wide variety of mushrooms, leathers, favia brains and it never even looks twice at any of it. I have had him through the color change from juvenile to adult and is really a great looking fish. I don't have a clam because it would constantly nip at it since I feed my fish clams from time to time and they love them.

i would not chance it. Unless you are sure you can keep it well fed, one some corals get picked on they will stop opening.

Iv noticed everytime iv added a fish I knew was wrong for the "style" of tank I was running but just couldnt resist it something horrble happened soon after. The gods dont like it, bad ju ju...

now if you make a damsel sacrifice at exactly full moon maybe...
