Just FYI there is a nice big (id say 14"+ ) blueish/purpleish gigantea at Exotic Aquariums on bird road. the price was kinda scratched off the tank but it looked like $99... maybe 199... i dont know the standard prices for these..
if i had a big enough tank i would have bought it - it would have dominated my 30" long tank... i know that they are generally in poor health and die quickly but the mouth was closed, it was sticky, and reactive to touch... all very good signs..
they also had two small (8" or so) neon green haddoni carpets that didnt look as good, but healthy enough to take a chance if you are looking for one... and i didnt touch them because i wasnt as impressed...
if you are looking for a nice gigantea at least go take a look because he wont last long under the lights/flow they have him in....
