blue linkia intestines out,...help!

just got a blue linkia and it hasn't moved for 2 days. Looks like intestines are hanging out . Should I remove it?

These stars evert their stomachs onto their prey. They actually digest their food outside of thier body.

I dont mean to start anything but I think you should google and research them and anything else before adding to your tank. Some critters, fish and corals have special needs and some such as the blue linkia do not do well in reef tanks. Some do survive but it is still unsure exactly what these stars feed on.

I had one live over a year and do great in this set up ,just never saw one act like this.Should have gone by my gut feeling when I looked at it in the store, and yes I have researched it's needs.Not to be unkind. Thanks,dave
