Just picked up a blue ring angelfish discounted heavily because of 2 white spots on his left eye. He swims, eats and acts healthy. The spots are very small and are not flat.
Angelfish is eating fine and swimming around healthy as can be. Very hard to get an good picture of the eye but it looks like the dots are getting better, but definitely not worse. Don't know if I should use prazi pro for flukes, or an ich treatment. He is in my display tank and I do not have a QT setup other then my sump for time outs.
If it does fall off, that's still not good. Neither way, you have to assume your whole tank is infected, so properly treatment of the tank needs to take place. If it's flukes than a couple of treatments of Prazi-Pro should do the trick. If it's ich than a fallow period of no fish for at least 72 days, 90 days to be safe. Just be mindful of that.
