Blue Spotted Jawfish question

I have been looking at a Blue Spot Jawfish at my LFS
and was wondering if there would be any compatability
issues with a Diamond Sleeper Gogy I already have?

I would say no but every fish is different so YMMV.

I have a dragon goby with my blue spotted jawfish and the goby is scare to death of my sixline so it doesn't bother anyone.

I've heard that the Blue Spotted ones are hard to keep(some type of disease they get), does anyone have experience with these that could give some insight on their care?

I have had a blue spot jawfish for about 18 months now and is doing great. I have had a diamond goby in with him for the past 6 months with issues. The jawfish will settle in to a burrow and rarely ventures from it. You will need need a deep sand bed of 4-6 inches and some coral rubble or shells so it can build a burrow. They are jumpers so you will need to cover the tank. I had to fish mine out of the overflow a couple of times before I fish proofed it and he settled in to his burrow. I feed mine mysis with a turkey baster to make sure he gets enough and he will usually come out and bite at the baster. They have a great personality. Mine has a burrow in the front and watches everything going on around him. Easily my favorite fish.

I have had a blue spot for three months now. He is afraid of his own shadow. Sometimes the aurora goby goes into his burrow and he just waits until the goby eventually leaves.

I do not have alot of substrate in the tank so I turned a 4 inch clam shell upside down propped against a small rock and he uses this as his home.
