Blue Stripes on Rock???

Recently upgraded my lighting and was curious if anyone has ever seen the blue Stripe stuff growing on rocks? You can see it above the bubble tip anemone it's on the rock. Never saw it until we upgraded the lighting and super curious what it is.

Hard to tell but likely a sponge would be my guess

Wild. The stripes are just so uniformed I just wasn't sure.

What kind of rock did you use?

It's a huge mix of rock. Fiji for sure but I've had a mix from different places over the years.

That’s wild. I was thinking if it was artificial, maybe something they made it with. But, if it’s real rock..could be sponge as Shane mentioned.

I guess the curious question is, are the lines there after dark?

Could be part of the disco effect of LEDs too
