Blue Tang Sick?

My Blue Tang has these black and white spots all over its body, and it's been bothering me lately. But it doesn't seem to affect the fish. It swims normally, eats like a pig, doesn't scratch or anything. I'm really stumped. I've watched it at the LFS for 2 months and was completely healthy. I've had him in a 75 gallon reef tank for 2 weeks and now it's like this. None of the other inhabitants have this problem, but I've already isolated him in a 30 gallon QT. It's not even 2". I have an arsenal of different medicines I can dose it with in a QT tank, but I need to know first what's wrong with him. Any ideas?
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
pH: 8.4
Temp: 78 degrees Fahrenheit
Salinity: 1.025
~I always feed with Garlic Guard.
~Algae Flakes, Spirulina Brine Shrimp, Mysid Shrimp, Emerald Entree, Premium Reef Flakes, Nori/Algae strips.
~The tang seems to hang around the cleaner shrimp a lot, but so do the rest of the fish.
~I religiously do 15 gallon PWC every week with RO/DI water.

Any and all input is much, much appreciated!

I have the same fish in my tank..not yet 2 inches and I have the same problem. I have the blue tang and also a yellow damsel which has never gotten sick while "Dori" remains to have these spots. I look forward to answers also about that question.

I bought a Blue Tang last year, and it too had the same spots, no scratching or any weird behavior. It was around 4", and I really didn't know what to do so I just left it in the tank. The spots disappeared around the 3rd week I had it, and I can't recall dosing it with any kind of medication. I guess as long as long as it's eating, it'll stay alive...I hope. Good luck with your tang and damsel.
