blue tang wont come out

ever since my pair of clowns laid eggs my atlantic blue tang will not come out from hiding. Anyone have an idea why and what can i do to get him to eat.

Have you seen the fish at all, (I mean you know it's only hiding)? If the clowns are showing any aggression to it since laying their eggs maybe try putting some garlic on a sheet of seaweed in a different location further away from the clowns to see if that will draw him out.

How big is your tank? And how big is your tang? When my clowns laid their eggs, they only defended a small area close to that place, which didn't really bother my tang.

well if you know hes actually there, then i'd say its cuz the clowns are breeding...they get very territorial when they breed.
