Hi,
I have a Blue Tang that developed white spots about three weeks ago. I removed all fish to a Q/T after a freshwater dip. I've been treating with Cupramine ever since the outbreak. The white spots were gone in a day, he has been fine until today.
I noticed today that he now has black spots on one side of his body. Since he is in the Q/T with Cupramine what can this be?.
Should I remove him from the Q/T that is being treated with Cupramine?. Should I stop the Cupramine treatment?.
Cupramine level in the Q/T is 0.5 ppm-mg/l
He is in a 30 gallon long tank with 10 gallon water changes every day.
==========
My tank levels
==========
Ammonia - 0ppm mg/L
Nitrite - 0ppm mg/L
Nitrate - Between 0ppm mg/L and 5.0 mg/L
Copper - 0.5 ppm-mg/l
The fish are being fed New Life Spectrum Non-Medicated Anti-Parasitic 1mm Sinking Pellets treated with SELCON.
Thanks
Mike
