Blue Throat trigger.....help

Anyone ever have issues with these guys? I'm now on my 2nd trigger since nov.of last year. First one I purchased lived for 2 months,ate everyday up til the day before he died. I purchased a second one about 2 months ago. Qt'd him, he acclimated and ate just fine for the last 2 months. Did a water change today and he went and hid like always. Came down just a bit ago and noticed he was dead. He ate and swam around yesterday lime nothing was wrong. Neither of these fish showed any signs of stress or illness leading up to their deaths. Fine one day....gone the next.

Where did you get them? May be cyanide poisoning, most BJ triggers are caught in Indonesia... Although the timeframe is a little too long for cyanide. What are your Params?

And what tankmates are in with them. Did you get both BT from the same vendor/LFS?

i have had one for about 3 months, iirc, he is doing well. hope it continues!
