I've had mine with two skunk cleaners and two fire shrimp for a couple of weeks now, and those five seem to get along just fine . . .

Haven't seen my sexy shrimp for a while, though - not sure if it's the trigger or one of my wrasses, or whether they just got "lost" when I moved the display across the room.

Can I ask people who have trigger. He tends to just stay in one corner of the tank Most of the time looking at himself in the side panel. If I feed the tank it goes after food like crazy. Just would of thought it would be swimming around more.

Mine hid for two weeks and now comes out and swims around the tank. Shyest trigger I've ever had. He hasn't missed with any inverts as far as I can tell but I do feed heavy. Any trigger can eat a shrimp if need be. I have 4 Scarlett cleaners, 6 fire shrimp, 2 CBS and 2 gold CBS. Countless other inverts including porcelain crabs but no issue. Awesome fish. Can't wait to find a female down the road.

I have a male and female and they are great fish with lots of personality. The first few weeks I had the female, which was my first, she was very shy and stayed in one corner of the tank. After several weeks she stared to warm up to being in my tank and started swimming freely all over. The male swims all over and is very active. They haven't eaten any of my coral but did eat my banded shrimp, though he was introduced after the triggers. Good luck!

Thanks. How can you tell if it's a male or female. I see the pictures but do juveniles have female markings too
