Blue Zoo?

I know this is a stupid question... But does BlueZoo have as good quality as LA? I'm not trying to be mean or anything, just wondering. THe two fish I want cost less plus shipping there than LA by 20 dollars. So just wondering. Thanks!

I have always had success ordering from BZ. At the time I lived in Connecticut so they traveled all the way across country.

I have bought fish and coral from BZ and was very happy with both. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had good luck with them but the LA guarantee is stronger. Weigh your options. They are certainly a good choice for some.

I got a really nice copperband butterfly from bz. Also had two fish die a couple of days into qt. Mixed bag for me. Only got store credit for fish loss. LA has better refund policy.

Well... Purple Firefish and Pink Spotted Watchmen Goby came in yesterday. All was good! Except for the fact that I bought a small (1-2") goby and the one I received was probably more than 4" long! :lol: But hey, I technically saved about $20! :lol:

They seem to do that often. I'm not sure why I ordered the same fish twice. I ordered a medium one the first time and a small the second. The first one was smaller and was supposed to be a medium.

Mixed bag here. I got a beautiful Lineatus wrasse for $189 that was very healthy and a Two Spot Bristletooth Tang that has done well for me. On the other hand, they shipped a 5.5" Whitetail Bristletooth (was listed as 3.5") in less than a gallon of water! A 4" pyramid butterfly similarly was shipped in a very small package/amount of water. Neither fish lived more than 24 hours! Those last two experiences have soured me on them for now.

I'm not too sure how much water came with them... I was at school when they came. Had to leave my mom step-by-step instructions on how to properly acclimate them. :lol: She did well I guess, both fish look just great.
