Bluespotted angel

Would a bluespotted angel be a good addition to a 100 gallon fowlr tank with an eshopps wet dry, eshopps skimmer, and 9w uv sterilizer. Also, would it be reasonable easy to feed and except mysis shrimp and prepared foods for angels?

if adapted to captive, with prazipro treatment in qt , would nice fish for a 100 G system.

My lfs(absolutely fish) got it in before as a "blue dot poma angel".
