Anyone tried this stuff for bonding frags to plugs?

It completely hardens in seconds with the appropriate light source, and it doesn't harden without the light source. Hmmm... my dentist once used something that hardens with light to fill a cavity of mine. Seems non-toxic, as it can apparently be used to repair ceramics used for food. In addition, it can be applied in such a way as to build up layers of the stuff.
