Bonehead move -Copepod culture

So like an idiot I just super contaminated my culture of Copepods (harps) by taking a piece of Chaetomorpha from my refugium and threw it in their culture tank. I realized what I did almost immediately but it was too late. My copepod culture is now teeming with amphipods. Does anybody know if the two can be cultured together in peace. Ive heard that Artemia will demolish a culture but as far as I know they are the only ones that are no bueno.

I have an abundance of both in my sump living together. I feed them as so one doesn't demolish the other. It's been a good year and I can say I have pretty much an equal amount of both.
