For those of you who have a bongo shrimp, please help. I found a pair in my LFS, but one got sold. So, how can you tell whether one is a male and the other female? I've had experience with other inverts like the harlies and cleaner shrimps... I've had both pairs (Harlequin, and cleaners) spawn, yet none of the babies survived since the fish ate it. So, have can you identify gender of a bongo shrimp, and right now I have a separate 20 gal tank for them to breed. Is there anything I can do to increase their survival rate?
