Borbonius and prazipro help

I would like to get some of your opinions regarding prazipro with a more sensitive species. I did a ton of research on the forum from others experience and found it necessary to treat my borbonius with prazipro while doing tank transfer. I had a borb on hold at my local LFS for just over two weeks and I had asked the owner to treat with copper. Eating well, active and had great color. I brought it home and put in QT with all the necessary steps. Fed it frozen mysis, Rods Original and LRS reef frenzy- ate everything. I planned to do tank transfer in case the levels of copper were too low so after the third day, transferred tanks and dosed the first round of prazi. The plan was to do a short dose, three day break and then an extended dose if all went well. Dosed the prazi after the fish ate and everything was fine for about 14 hrs. Ate the following morning after about 12 hrs but then a couple hours later it was breathing very labored and not as active. I watched it closely and decided to do a 30% water change and added carbon. It has now been 24 hrs from the first sign of labored breathing and it is just hanging on the bottom of the tank upright and breathing very heavily. Not eating at all. I noticed some stringy white poo so it has some type of internal parasites. Just wanted to see if I should pull it out and put it in with untreated saltwater and possibly add prime to help it with stress? Or any other steps I can take to reduce the stress and help this guy push through and make it? I would like to move it but don't want to add to the problem.

Prazi has been known to make wrasses rather lethargic and suppress their appetite but I've not had a problem with anthias and Prazi. How are you aerating the water?
Labored breathing, lethargy and suppressed appetite are symptomatic of many things so you have to start ruling things out. How is the ammonia in the tank? Are you using an ammonia detoxifier or some sort of biological filtration? Do you have antibiotics to treat a bacterial infection? Low levels of copper have been known to mask diseases such as velvet so have meds on hand to treat if more symptoms present.

I'm doing TTM for my borbonius right now. He finished his 3rd transfer. going into 4th tomorrow. I dosed Prazipro on 2nd transfer and will dose again for the 4th.

I kept him in my QT for a week before doing TTM. Wanted to make sure he's eating fine.

for the transfers with PP, I increased the flow. I usually use an air line. For PP round, I added a hang on filter.

If you think PP caused the issue, you can transfer him early to clean salt water.. as long as you keep the total TTM days the same, it should still be effective against ich

I have a hob filter as well as an air pump running. I have a seachem ammonia alert and did not test for ammonia as I had just transferred the borb into new saltwater. Saltwater is mixed and aerated for 24+hrs and the rest of the params are good. I thought I saw and see what looks like a fluke on the fishes second dorsal spike before treating but no other signs before I treated the fish.

Just a couple hours ago I transferred the fish to some clean saltwater and added prime. The transfer is just half a day short of the scheduled time which will still work for ich treatment. I did not want to add prime to the tank with prazi in case it had a side effect with the prazi.

I think prazipro was the culprit bc the fish was eating like a champ and swimming around very comfortably before I treated. If he can pull through I will give it some time to recover and try to have another go with prazi as it is clearly killing off something inside.

I will keep observing to see if anything else pops up and have quick access to meds. I also am planning to add some biospira tomorrow to help with the bio filter.
