Bought a used RO/DI unit. Flow Restrictor Help

I bought a used 75gpd RO/DI unit. I'm not sure the brand as it has no brand labels. The system runs very well and it's filling my water storage drum.

This is after I had to replace the auto shutoff valve and also add a check valve. It ran for a few hours and I shut it off using an inline ball valve.

Here's my problem, the flow restrictor is leaking now. It's not from the ends where the tubing goes in and out it's from the center. I've tried to stop the leak using super glue and silicone but to no avail. The leak must be very high pressure.

The restrictor has a "300" on it. Which flow restrictor do I require for this unit? I'd much rather like one with push fittings.

Thank you in advance,

I know you mentioned that you prefer the push fitting restrictors but I highly recommend the capillary tube restrictors for a big reason. They are one way adjustable. If they provide too much restriction you can cut it a little to reduce restriction. RO production is generally recommended at 1:4 product:waste ratio.

Something like these flow restrictors. You probably need the FR-90. Then after installing if your ratio is something less than 1:4, like 1:3 or 1:2, you can just trim a little from the restrictor until you reach 1:4.
