Has anyone out there had a bowfront tank installed in-wall? Anyone possibly have any photo's of one installed in-wall?

Thanks in advance,
Sanford

the wall doesn't necessarily have to bow...you can make a bowed stand and put it into a flat wall so that the bow sticks out from the wall.

it's look kinda neat, but i don't really like bowfront tanks.

Blown346: that's what I was hoping to see, a couple examples where people curved out the wall as well. At the end of the day though, the costs to do that with the wall are probably too much.

Still hoping someone shows a photo of one. Or then, maybe nobody has done it before?

i have seen pictures here of someone who did curve the wall to match a bowfront. it has been a long, long time since i've seen it, though.

I had planned on putting a bow in the wall, But after looking at someone elses bow front and hearing how much of a pain it is to clean I opted to go wi th a conventional in wall.
Just remember a bow front distorts everything and cleaning the curved glass is hard

I have a 175 Bowfront and I have never had any cleaning problems. I use the magentic and a scraper, other than that it's okay. I guess it's just preference. I am now trying to get a custom wood stand and canopy made for it. It would be very nice to see an in-wall bow set-up. They really make a nice statement in the home. But then again, I have a larger size bowfront and the dimensions are 72" long x 29 inches tall x 24 inches wide.
