So I am upgrading my 29g long for a custom cube thats 32"x24"x25" and approximately 80 gallons (83 but im not taking the overflown into consideration). Theres also a 20g fuge and a 29g QT tank. Im breaking down my 29g tank and heres the stock:

- 1 Occy Clown 'Squishy'
- 2 Firefish X
- 1 Orange Spotted Goby X
- 1 Spotted Mandarin
- 5 Green Chromis

I want to keep as many of my current fish I have, but I put X's by what I know needs to go for my new ideal stock list

I want an aggressive with the focus on fish and a couple leathers, LPS, and mushrooms. Heres what im thinking:

- 1 Bluethroat Trigger/Porcupine Puffer (One or the other, but not both.)
- 1 Occy Clown (Though im very fond of Squishy, I may trade him in and get a pair of Onyx or naked percs)
- 5-10 Chromis
- 1 Snowflake Moray
- 1 Spotted Mandarin
- 1 Fuzzy Dwarf (Will the trigger bother him?)
- Fairy Wrasse of some sort (Cirrhilabrus solorensis)
- Lawnmower Blenny

If I went with a list close to this, what would I have to limit for inverts? Assuming I get the eel and the trigger/puffer small, would they still wreak havoc on any cleanup crew I put on their? Do either nip at coral?

yes the porc. may ( probably ) nip and eat corals. don't know if a blue throat would do well in a tank under 3 feet long. they really need a lot of swimming room.

I think the porcs of the question, Blue throats are one of the tiniest triggers (9" I think) and theres gonna be alot of room for him and with my current plan for the tank, theres gonna be plenty of flow was well. If the bluethroat is out of the question, I may rethink the stock list and make it a community lionfish tank.

So is there anyone that has any imput on the bluethroat trigger?

Yea im not gonna stick a trigger in there, well now im rethinking the dimensions of, could be the same volume but longer, which in that case I may bring up a trigger again, but now im not sure whats going on.
