brand name monti's

are the superman and rainbow monti's difficult to keep or are they just slow growers. do they need any special care outside of what the typical sps needs? if not, why do they cost so much.

They are expensive because of the name. Plus they are pretty damn sweet.

Mine is doing well. But it does grow slowly. I'm hoping that it starts growing faster in my new tank and it does seem to like it so far. The coloration is great though, thats by far the reason why it is in demand.

i have a superman too. i keep it at low light & low flow. but it is losing color. gonna place it some where else try to have a better result.

I hope they aren't too hard to keep, I just bought a frag of each in hopes of growing them out. I'll keep you updated. =)
